How to Get Involved With The Home Of Refuge

There are several ways in which you can get involved with the Home of Refuge.  Below are some ways in which you can help the Home of Refuge continue its work in Venezuela.

• Have your church adopt the Home of Refuge as one of its missionary outreaches.

  • Many churches are looking for mission projects to support.  The Home of Refuge can be one of the overseas mission outreaches that it adopts.  If your church seeks to adopt the Home of Refuge, please contact the stateside office at 786-845-9985.

   

• Place our downloadable insert in your church's Sunday bulletin.

  • If your church has a Sunday bulletin/program that is distributed to the congregation.  You can download a high quality, reproducible insert that can be placed in your Sunday bulletin.

   

• Put together a short term mission team to come and spend 7 to 10 days working and ministering at the Home of Refuge.

  • This is a great opportunity for your church to experience personal hands on work in the mission field.  There is so much work that needs to be done at the Home and you can be a part of that for 7 to 10 days.  It will change your life forever.  For more Information, please contact missions@homeofrefuge.org or download our short term missions application.

   

• Sponsor a Child at the Home of Refuge.

  • The Sponsor a Child program of the Home of Refuge is a unique way for you to be involved in the life of one child.  Your support will go to assist the general operating fund of the Home of Refuge and you will also get opportunities to establish a relationship through letters, email and more.

   

• Schedule for Tony and/or Rosa or a representative from the Home of Refuge to speak your church.

  • Tony and Rosa have done extensive public speaking as they have shared the vision of saving children.  You will be greatly impacted by their warm and sincere love for the the lost and hurting children.  They share their experiences of how they have found some of the children brought them to the Home.  For more information, please the stateside office at 786-845-9985 or email Rosa at rosa@homeofrefuge.org.
